Cheese Sauce Fried Chicken

4 porsi (1 orang 2 potong)

Bahan

  • 1 ekor ayam utuh, potong menjadi 8 bagian atau sesuai selera

Untuk marinasi basah:

  • 250 ml air hangat + 10 sdm FiberCreme
  • 1/4 cangkir cuka
  • Garam dan merica

Untuk campuran tepung:

  • 2 cangkir tepung protein tinggi
  • 2 sendok teh garam
  • 2 sendok teh merica
  • 2 sendok teh bubuk paprika
  • 2 sendok teh bubuk bawang putih (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons bubuk cabe

Saus Keju:

  • 1 sdm mentega
  • 125 ml air
  • 4 sdm FiberCreme
  • 1 sachet bubuk keju
  • 100 g keju parut quick melt
  • garam merica secukupnya
  • campuran air + maizena jika ingin kental

 

Cara Membuat

  1. Buat marinasi ayam dengan mencampur air hangat, fiber creme, cuka, garam dan merica.
  2. Rendam potongan ayam dalam marinasi selama 4 jam atau semalaman.
  3. Buat campuran tepung. Balur ayam yang sudah dimarinasi ke dalam tepung, celupkan kembali ke marinasi basah lalu balur ke tepung lagi.
  4. Goreng ayam di minyak 170 derajat Celsius selama 5-7 menit
  5. Tiriskan

Saus Keju:

  1. Tuang air ke dalam panci. Tambahkan bubuk keju dan FiberCreme. Panaskan hingga mendidih sambil diaduk hingga tercampur rata, kecilkan api.
  2. Tambahkan keju parut. Aduk terus sampai keju larut.
  3. Beri garam dan merica.
  4. Beri campuran maizena dan air jika ingin kental. Lalu masukan mentega dan aduk rata.
