  • 600 ml Water for Mango-Flavored Jelly
  • 15 gr Mango-Flavored Jelly Powder
  • 5 tbsp Sugar for Mango-Flavored Jelly
  • 600 ml Water for Young Coconut-Flavored Jelly
  • 15 gr Young Coconut-Flavored Jelly Powder
  • 5 tbsp Sugar for Young Coconut-Flavored Jelly

Creamy Sauce Ingredients

  • 100 gr FiberCreme
  • 200 gr Cream Cheese
  • 35 gr Cornstarch, Dissolved in 2 tbsp Water
  • 80 gr Sugar
  • 900 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Basil Seeds, as Needed

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, water, and young coconut-flavored jelly powder. Boil until dissolved and bubbling. Remove from heat and let it set until firm
  • Cut into cubes and set aside
  • Combine sugar, water, and mango-flavored jelly powder. Boil until dissolved and bubbling
  • Remove from heat and let it set until firm. Cut into cubes and set aside
  • In a pot, boil water, FiberCreme, cream cheese, sugar, and salt. Stir until it boils
  • In a serving container, layer mango jelly, young coconut jelly, and basil seeds. Pour the milk cheese sauce over them. Refrigerate
  • Serve cold
