Easy Japanese Curry Recipe, Perfect for Kids Who Hate Veggies

Japan also has its own version of curry as a signature dish! Unlike Indonesian curry, Japanese curry is thick, creamy, and typically served with meat and various vegetables. Sounds like a great way to boost your kids' veggie intake, right? But wondering how to make this dish? No worries! Here’s a simple yet delicious and healthier Japanese Curry recipe.
For this recipe, Minchef uses chicken as the protein source, along with carrots and potatoes as the vegetables. Traditionally, the signature brown color of Japanese curry comes from caramelized onions. But for busy moms looking for a quick solution, Minchef recommends using Japanese curry blocks, easily available at supermarkets or online.
To make this curry extra creamy and fiber-rich, Minchef adds FiberCreme, which is not only low in sugar but also contains 0mg cholesterol. This makes it easier for kids who aren’t big fans of vegetables to meet their daily fiber needs, which is around 25 grams on average.
So, no more excuses not to try this healthier version of Japanese curry with FiberCreme, right? Check out the complete ingredients and cooking steps below. Once you’ve made it, don’t forget to share your creation on Instagram and tag @FiberCreme and @FiberCreme_TV so Minchef can see your culinary masterpiece. Let’s recook and have fun in the kitchen!
