What is Es Kuwut?
Es kuwut hails from Bali and is typically made with young coconut flesh, shredded melon, basil seeds, coconut water, and a splash of syrup or fresh lime juice. It has a unique blend of fruity sweetness and citrusy freshness that instantly cools your throat. Since the ingredients are simple and easy to find, es kuwut has become a go-to iftar drink for many people.
A Simpler Way to Make Es Kuwut with FiberCreme

Why use FiberCreme? Besides adding a creamy, coconut-like taste, FiberCreme makes es kuwut healthier! It’s high in fiber, low in sugar, and has 0 mg of cholesterol. It also helps you feel fuller for longer, so you won’t overeat during iftar. No more post-iftar bloating or discomfort—just pure refreshment!
So, if you’re looking for a fresh, simple, and healthier drink for iftar, es kuwut with FiberCreme is the way to go. Try it out and feel the difference!
