Es Sirsak Manado Recipe

If you're looking for a refreshing drink to break your fast, why not try this es sirsak manado recipe? Es manado is a favorite among iftar treats, especially during Ramadan. This signature drink from Manado offers a unique blend of sweet, sour, and refreshing flavors—perfect for recharging your energy after a day of fasting.
Interesting Facts About Es Manado
As the name suggests, es manado originates from the city of Manado in North Sulawesi. This drink is famous for its mix of ingredients like syrup, fruit pieces, and icy shaved ice. Served in a creamy sauce filled with tender soursop, es manado delivers the perfect balance between sweet and tangy. This makes it a top choice for cooling down in the heat or quenching your thirst after a long, fasting day. Plus, its colorful and vibrant presentation makes it even more appealing!
Es Manado Gets Healthier with FiberCreme
A sweet es manado is great for restoring your energy at iftar, but too much sugar is never a good idea. So let’s try making your own es manado at home. This way, you can control the amount of sugar and ensure that all the ingredients meet your standards for a healthier life.
For those interested in making it, here's the perfect es sirsak manado recipe from Minchef! This recipe uses FiberCreme as a substitute for milk or condensed milk. With its naturally creamy and slightly sweet flavor, FiberCreme enhances your es manado even when you cut down on sugar. And because FiberCreme is high in fiber, it helps you meet your daily fiber needs—keeping your digestion healthy and helping you feel full longer. That means you won't overindulge at iftar and can keep your calorie intake in check.
