  • Protein : 4.52 gr
  • Lemak : 36.62 gr
  • Serat : 10.96 gr

Bahan Sorbet

  • 1 buah Mangga
  • 50 gr Gula Pasir
  • 200 ml Air
  • 7 bh es batu

Bahan Smoothies

  • 1 buah Mangga
  • 50 gr Gula Pasir
  • 1,5 sdm FiberCreme
  • 250 ml Air
  • Es batu secukupnya
  • 100 ml Whip Cream, kocok

Cara Membuat

  1.   Siapkan blender, masukkan mangga, 1 sdm gula pasir, air, dan es batu. Haluskan mangga. Tuang dalam wadah plastic      kedap udara. Bekukan selama 3 jam.
  2.   Siapkan blender, masukkan mangga, gula pasir, FiberCreme, air dan es batu. Haluskan mangga.
  3.   Tuang smoothies dalam dalam gelas, semprotkan whip cream kocok.
  4.   Keluarkan sorbet, keruk dan masukkan diatas whip cream.
  5.   Tabur peterseli, lada dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.
  6.   Tambahkan potongan mangga. Sajikan.
