Bukan Lurus, Ini Posisi Punggung Yang Benar Ketika Duduk

Selama ini, kita terbiasa diberitahu bahwa duduk yang benar adalah dengan posisi punggung yang lurus, dengan sudut 90 derajat. Padahal posisi ini justru berpotensi mengakibatkan sakit pinggang dan cedera di tulang bagian belakang.

Menurut sebuah penelitian dari tahun 2006, duduk bersandar hingga membentuk sudut 135 derajat bisa mengurangi risiko cedera di bagian tulang ini. Dengan sudut ini, Anda akhirnya “dipaksa” harus menggunakan sandaran pada kursi yang akan menyangga tulang punggung dan menambah rasa nyaman. Jika sudut ini dirasa terlalu besar, maka Anda bisa duduk bersandar dengan sudut 105-110 derajat.
