White Curry Noodle

Bahan

  • 1 packet mie instant rasa kaldu ayam
  • 1 sdm FiberCreme
  • 1 telur
  • ¾ cup kecap asin (soy sauce) + 1 sdm gula + 6 sdm air panas + 1 sdm cuka apple
  • 1 sdm jagung manis matang
  • daun bawang secukupnya
  • 2 lembar nori
  • 2 buah udang matang
  • 1 buah jamur shitake,

Cara Membuat

  1. Untuk membuat telur ramen, kita buat campuran kecap asin (soy sauce) terlebih dahulu. Campurkan air panas dengan gula, aduk hingga gula larut, lalu masukan soy sauce dan cuka.
  2. Rebus telur selama 6 menit, masukkan telur ke dalam air es lalu kupas kulit telur. Rendam telur di dalam campuran kecap asin, diamkan semalaman. Telur ini bisa disimpan selama seminggu.
  3. Didihkan air lalu rebus udang dan shitake. Jika sudah matang, angkat dan sisihkan.
  4. Masak mie dan masukkan Fiber Creme ke dalam kuah.
  5. Sajikan mie dengan topping telur, udang, shitake, dan daun bawang sesuai selera.
