Tumis Ayam Jamur

  • 500 gram kepala ikan kakap merah / ikan salmon

Bahan

  • 500 gram kepala ikan kakap merah / ikan salmon
  • 1 potong Dada Ayam
  • 2 sdm Minyak
  • 1 bh Bawang Bombay kecil
  • 4 siung Bawang Putih
  • 2 btg Daun Bawang
  • 50 gr Jamur
  • 1 sdt Garam
  • 1 sdt Merica
  • 150 ml Air
  • 1 sdm Fiber Crème
  • 1 ikat kecil Daun Peterseli, cincang kasar
  • 2 porsi Nasi Putih

Cara Membuat

  1.   Siapkan teflon, panaskan minyak, tumis Bombay, daun bawang dan bawang putih hingga layu dan harum.
  2.   Masukkan dada ayam, dan jamur, aduk sebentar hingga setengah matang
  3.   Tambahkan air dan FiberCreme. Aduk hingga larut dan mengental.
  4.   Tabur peterseli, lada dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.
  5.   Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
