Bahan
- 500 gram kepala ikan kakap merah / ikan salmon
- 1 potong Dada Ayam
- 2 sdm Minyak
- 1 bh Bawang Bombay kecil
- 4 siung Bawang Putih
- 2 btg Daun Bawang
- 50 gr Jamur
- 1 sdt Garam
- 1 sdt Merica
- 150 ml Air
- 1 sdm Fiber Crème
- 1 ikat kecil Daun Peterseli, cincang kasar
- 2 porsi Nasi Putih
Cara Membuat
- Siapkan teflon, panaskan minyak, tumis Bombay, daun bawang dan bawang putih hingga layu dan harum.
- Masukkan dada ayam, dan jamur, aduk sebentar hingga setengah matang
- Tambahkan air dan FiberCreme. Aduk hingga larut dan mengental.
- Tabur peterseli, lada dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.
- Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
