Salted Egg Chicken

Bahan

  • 150 gr Ayam, potong dadu
  • 1 sdt Garam
  • ½ sdt Lada Putih
  • 1 sdt Paprika Bubuk
  • 150 gr Tepung Maizena

Bahan Saus

  • 1 sdm Margarine/Butter
  • 3 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus
  • 4 lbr Daun Jeruk
  • 2 bh Cabe Rawit
  • 3 btr Kuning Telur Asin Matang, rebus
  • 2 btr Putih Telur Asin, rebus dan cincang kasar
  • 1,5 sdm FiberCreme
  • 75 ml Air Hangat
  • ½ sdm Gula Pasir
  • ½ sdt Lada Putih
  • 1 sdt Garam

Cara Membuat

  1.   Siapkan mangkuk, masukkan tepung maizena, lada, garam, dan paprika bubuk. Aduk rata. Masukkan ayam yang sudah dipotong, balut ayam dengan tepung.
  2.   Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga ¾ matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  3.   Siapkan kuning telur asin, campur dengan FiberCreme dan air hangat. Aduk hingga halus dan rata.
  4.   Siapkan teflon, panaskan margarine/butter, tumis bawang putih, cabe rawit dan daun jeruk hingga harum. Masukkan campuran kuning telur, aduk rata. Tambahkan gula, lada putih, dan garam.
  5.   Masukkan ayam goreng, campur dengan bumbu. Sajikan dengan nasi putih.
