- 50 ml Air Hangat
- 1 sdt parsley bubuk
- 1 sdt lada
- 1 sdt garam
Bahan kulit
- 3 sdm Tepung Terigu
- 2 btr Telur
- 5 sdm Tepung Roti
Cara Membuat
- Siapkan wadah, hancurkan kentang hingga lembut, masukkan FiberCreme, parsley, lada, garam dan air. Aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.
- Siapkan dada ayam yang sudah ditipiskan, susun kentang lembut, keju dan ham diatasnya.
- Gulung ayam hingga tertutup semua. Celupkan pada tepung, telur dan tepung roti.
- Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, goreng hingga matang. Sajikan.
