Bahan Biang
- 3 sdm Tepung Terigu pro. Sedang
- 2 sdm Gula Pasir
- 120 ml Air (suhu ruang)
- 8 gr Ragi Instant
Bahan Utama
- 5 btr Telur
- 100 gr Tepung Sagu
- 70 gr Tepung Ketan
- 200 gr Gula Pasir
- ½ sdm Garam
Cara Membuat
- Buat biang: siapkan wadah, masukkan tepung, gula, air dan ragi. Aduk rata, diamkan 15 menit. Sisihkan.
- Siapkan panci, masukkan Fiber Crème, air, daun jeruk, serai dan kunyit bubuk, aduk sampai rata dan mendidih. Saring, buang daun dan serai. Sisihkan.
- Siapkan wadah besar, masukkan telur, gula, garam, kocok hingga mengembang. Masukkan tepung sagu, dan tepung ketan, aduk hingga rata.
- Masukkan biang dan campuran Fiber Crème. Aduk rata. Diamkan 1 jam.
- Oven dengan suhu180C selama 35-40 menit hingga matang.
