Bahan Cair

  • 80 gr Fiber Crème
  • 300 ml Air hangat
  • 5 lbr Daun Jeruk, buang batang tengah
  • 2 btg Serai, geprek
  • ½ sdm Kunyit Bubuk

Bahan Biang

  • 3 sdm Tepung Terigu pro. Sedang
  • 2 sdm Gula Pasir
  • 120 ml Air (suhu ruang)
  • 8 gr Ragi Instant

Bahan Utama

  • 5 btr Telur
  • 100 gr Tepung Sagu
  • 70 gr Tepung Ketan
  • 200 gr Gula Pasir
  • ½ sdm Garam

Cara Membuat

  1.   Buat biang: siapkan wadah, masukkan tepung, gula, air dan ragi. Aduk rata, diamkan 15 menit. Sisihkan.
  2.   Siapkan panci, masukkan Fiber Crème, air, daun jeruk, serai dan kunyit bubuk, aduk sampai rata dan mendidih. Saring, buang daun dan serai. Sisihkan.
  3.   Siapkan wadah besar, masukkan telur, gula, garam, kocok hingga mengembang. Masukkan tepung sagu, dan tepung ketan, aduk hingga rata.
  4.   Masukkan biang dan campuran Fiber Crème. Aduk rata. Diamkan 1 jam.
  5.   Oven dengan suhu180C selama 35-40 menit hingga matang.
