Sometimes, a regular bowl of noodle soup is enough. But on other days, a creamier and more savory broth can make the whole dish feel much more satisfying.
The good thing is, creamy noodle soup recipes do not all have to taste the same. Some still highlight Indonesian flavors, some take inspiration from Korean dishes, and others bring in bolder profiles like mala. So, creamy does not mean every recipe ends up with the same character.
If you are in the mood to explore noodles with a richer broth, these six recipes can be a great place to start. All ingredients, measurements, and FiberCreme usage follow the official FiberCreme recipes.
6 Creamy Noodle Soup Recipes You Can Try
Here are several creamy noodle soup recipes you can recreate at home.
1. Cirebon Mie Koclok by William Wongso
If you want to start with Indonesian flavors, Cirebon Mie Koclok has a character that feels quite different from regular noodle soup. It comes with a thick broth and is served with Hokkien noodles, chicken, squid, egg, bean sprouts, and cabbage.
Main ingredients:
- 60 grams FiberCreme
- 25 grams cornstarch
- 70 ml warm water
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 500 grams fresh Hokkien noodles
- 3 boiled eggs
- 200 grams boiled squid
- 150 grams boiled bean sprouts
- 150 grams boiled cabbage
- 1,200 ml chicken stock
The recipe also uses bay leaves, lemongrass, scallions, fried shallots, salt, pepper, and a ground spice mixture made from shallots, garlic, and dried shrimp.
To make the broth, FiberCreme is dissolved with cornstarch and warm water. After the ground spices are sautéed and the stock is added, the FiberCreme mixture is poured in and cooked until the broth thickens. The broth is then poured over the noodles and prepared toppings.

Creamy Broth, with Your Favorite Flavors Still Shining Through
Which of those six recipes are you most curious about? The thick broth of Mie Koclok, the savory heat of gochujang, or that distinctive mala kick?
Whichever you choose, creaminess should make the dish more delicious without overpowering its seasoning. The curry spices should still come through, the heat should still have its moment, and those fragrant Javanese seasonings should remain just as appetizing.

Simply add FiberCreme to your favorite noodle soup. You can dissolve it first, stir it in toward the end of cooking, or add it straight to your bowl while the broth is still hot.
You get a creamy broth that still feels light—not overly rich or cloying—while keeping the distinctive flavors of each dish.
More Delicious, with Added Fiber Too
FiberCreme is a creamer powder made with oligosaccharides, a source of dietary fiber. Adding it to your noodles brings extra fiber to a meal you already love.
And it works in much more than creamy noodle soup! Think creamy coffee, opor without coconut milk, creamy pasta sauces, or desserts that usually call for milk. There are plenty of ways to put FiberCreme to use.
