Nasi Uduk Ikan Teri

Bahan

  • 350 gr Beras
  • 500 ml Air
  • 85 gr FiberCreme
  • 1 btg Serai
  • 1 cm Jahe, memarkan
  • 1 cm Lengkuas, memarkan
  • 5 lbr Daun Jeruk
  • 1 sdt Garam
  • 1 sdm Minyak Goreng
  • 150 gr Ikan Teri

Cara Membuat

  1.   Siapkan rice cooker. Panaskan rice cooker selama 1 menit.
  2.   Masukkan minyak goring, serai, jahe, lengkuas, dan daun jeruk. Aduk sebentar.
  3.   Masukkan beras yang sudah dicuci. Tuang garam, air dan FiberCreme ke dalam rice cooker. Aduk hingga rata.
  4.   Masak beras hingga matang.
  5.   Masukkan ikan teri, aduk nasi. Sajikan dengan makanan pendamping.
