Kolak Pisang Ubi

Bahan

  • 150 gr Ubi Kuning, kupas bersih, potong kotak
  • 100 gr Singkong, kupas bersih
  • 2 bh Pisang Kepok, potong miring
  • 80 gr FiberCreme
  • 420 ml Air Hangat
  • 2 bh Gula Merah
  • 2 lbr Daun Pandan
  • 1 sdt Garam

Cara Membuat

  1.   Panaskan air, rebus ubi kuning dan singkong hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  2.   Siapkan panci, masukkan FiberCreme, air, gula merah dan dau pandan. Rebus hingga mendidih.
  3.   Masukkan ubi kuning, singkong dan pisang kapok. Rebus hingga matang dan empuk.
  4.   Sajikan kolak hangat-hangat maupun dingin.
