- 150 gr Ubi Kuning, kupas bersih, potong kotak
- 100 gr Singkong, kupas bersih
- 2 bh Pisang Kepok, potong miring
- 80 gr FiberCreme
- 420 ml Air Hangat
- 2 bh Gula Merah
- 2 lbr Daun Pandan
- 1 sdt Garam
Cara Membuat
- Panaskan air, rebus ubi kuning dan singkong hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Siapkan panci, masukkan FiberCreme, air, gula merah dan dau pandan. Rebus hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan ubi kuning, singkong dan pisang kapok. Rebus hingga matang dan empuk.
- Sajikan kolak hangat-hangat maupun dingin.
