FIBER CRÈME Chocolate Mousse

4 Porsi

Bahan

  • 170 ml air
  • 10 sdm FiberCreme
  • 220 g dark coklat
  • es batu
  • Krim kocok untuk topping (opsional)

Cara Membuat

  1. Dalam panci, masukan air, Fiber Creme dan coklat, lelehkan dan sisihkan
  2. Masukkan panci ke dalam mangkuk yang sebagian diisi dengan es batu (atau tuangkan ke dalam mangkuk lain di atas es – akan dingin lebih cepat), lalu kocok saus cokelatnya. Bisa secara manual atau dengan mixer listrik (jika menggunakan mixer listrik akan menebal lebih cepat). Pengocokan menciptakan gelembung udara besar dalam saus yang terus mengental. Setelah beberapa saat akan tercipta tetesan coklat di dalam lingkaran kocokan. Tuangkan segera ke mangkuk kecil atau toples. Sajikan segera, atau dinginkan.
  3. Catatan: Jika coklat Anda tidak mengandung cukup lemak, campurkan campurannya lagi, tambahkan sedikit coklat, lalu kocok lagi. Jika mousse tidak cukup ringan, campurkan campurannya lagi, tambahkan sedikit air, dan kocok sekali lagi. Jika Anda mengocoknya terlalu banyak sehingga menjadi kasar, ini berarti busa telah berubah menjadi emulsi. Dalam hal ini cukup mencairkan campuran dan kocok lagi, tidak perlu menambahkan apa-apa.
  4. Top dengan whipped creme jika diinginkan.
