Double Chocolate Pudding
4 Porsi
Bahan
- 1 bungkus agar-agar Tanpa rasa / chocolate
- 25 gram Gula pasir
- 500 ml air
- 5 sdm FiberCreme
- 2 sdm bubuk cacao
- Strawberry dan mint untuk garnish
Bahan Fla
- 100 ml air
- 2 sdm Fiber Creme
- 50 gram dark chocolate
- garam, sejumput
Cara Membuat
Cara Membuat Saus Cokelat:
- Campur semua bahan dalam panci. Hangatkan hingga cokelat meleleh sempurna. Matikan api dan dinginkan.
Cara membuat puding
- Masak air. Tambahkan agar-agar bubuk saat air tidak terlalu panas. Tambahkan gula pasir, bubuk cacao dan Fiber Creme. Masak dan Aduk hingga gula larut, sisihkan
- Tunggu agar sedikit dingin dalam suhu ruangan setelah itu masukkan ke dalam cetakan. Proses ini diperlukan untuk mencegah bubuk cacao terpisah.
- Dinginkan puding.
- Sajikan dengan saus cokelat dan buah-buahan untuk garnish.
