Double Chocolate Pudding

4 Porsi

Bahan

  • 1 bungkus agar-agar Tanpa rasa / chocolate
  • 25 gram Gula pasir
  • 500 ml air
  • 5 sdm FiberCreme
  • 2 sdm bubuk cacao
  • Strawberry dan mint untuk garnish

Bahan Fla

  • 100 ml air
  • 2 sdm Fiber Creme
  • 50 gram dark chocolate
  • garam, sejumput

 

Cara Membuat

Cara Membuat Saus Cokelat:

  • Campur semua bahan dalam panci. Hangatkan hingga cokelat meleleh sempurna. Matikan api dan dinginkan.

Cara membuat puding

  • Masak air. Tambahkan agar-agar bubuk saat air tidak terlalu panas. Tambahkan gula pasir, bubuk cacao dan Fiber Creme. Masak dan Aduk hingga gula larut, sisihkan
  • Tunggu agar sedikit dingin dalam suhu ruangan setelah itu masukkan ke dalam cetakan. Proses ini diperlukan untuk mencegah bubuk cacao terpisah.
  • Dinginkan puding.
  • Sajikan dengan saus cokelat dan buah-buahan untuk garnish.
