Double Chocolate Pudding

4 Portions


  • 1 pack of jelly powder or gelatin with no taste / chocolate
  • 25 g of Sugar
  • 500 ml of water
  • 5 tablespoons FiberCreme
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Strawberry and mint for garnish

Fla Ingredients

  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons FiberCreme
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • A pinch of salt


How to Make Chocolate Sauce:

  • Mix all ingredients in a pan. Let it warm until chocolate melts perfectly. Turn off the heat and let it chill.

How to Make Pudding

  • Heat up the water. Add jelly powder when the water is not warm enough. Add sugar, cacao powder and FiberCreme. Cook and stir it until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
  • Wait to cool slightly in room temperature, then pour the pudding into the mold. This process is needed to prevent cacao powder apart.
  • Cool down to set.
  • Serve with chocolate sauce and fruit for garnish.
