No Coconut-Milk Ayam Pop Recipe

Bahan
  

  • 50 gr FiberCreme
  • 150 gr Water
  • 1 Chicken
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 500 ml Coconut Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • 3 pcs Ginger

Additional Ingredients

  • 20 gr FiberCreme
  • 150 ml Water
  • 100 ml Mixture of All-Purpose Flour and Water 

Sambal Ingredients

  • 13 gr FiberCreme
  • 38 ml Water
  • 3 pcs Large Red Chilies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Broth Powder 
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Cara Membuat
 

  • Place the chicken, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, salt, coconut water, and water into a pan
  • After cooking halfway, add FiberCreme and stir. Let the chicken cook until done, then remove from heat
  • Strain the remaining broth, add water and FiberCreme, then add the flour mixture to thicken it. Pour the sauce over ayam pop
  • Sambal: Fry garlic, shallots, and chilies. Then blend all the ingredients together. Serve with the ayam pop
