Fiber Butter Cookies

  • 450 g of wheat flour
  • 50 g of cornstarch
  • 50 g of FiberCreme
  • 250 g of butter
  • 250 g of icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites


  1. First step: Sift wheat flour with cornstarch and FiberCreme until smooth and set aside. Mix the butter with icing sugar until the sugar dissolves with butter. Then add egg one by one while mixed.
  2. Next add a mix of wheat flour that has been sifted with vanilla. Stir until the dough becomes soft. Mold the dough according to the shape you like, then place the mold you have made on a baking sheet smeared with margarine.
  3. The last step: bake the dough into the oven with a temperature of 1600C for about 20 minutes until the dough is yellowish and cooked. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for a while. Store the cake into an airtight jar.
