Christmas Tree Bun

Bahan

  • 260 gr Tepung terigu pro. Tinggi
  • 3 gr Ragi Instant
  • 1 btr Telur
  • 1 sdm FiberCreme
  • 150 ml Air
  • 30 gr Gula Halus
  • 30 gr Butter
  • 2 sdm Minyak

Bahan isi

  • 5 lbr Ham Sapi, potong kotak
  • 3 bh Cabe Rawit
  • 3 siung Bawang Putih, cincang kasar
  • 5 siung Bawang Merah, iris tipis
  • 1 sdt Lada Putih
  • 1 sdt Kaldu Ayam Bubuk
  • ½ sdt Garam
  • ¼ buah perasan Jeruk Nipis
  • 1 btr kuning Telur
  • 1 sdt Oregano Bubuk

Cara Membuat

  1.   Siapkan wadah, campur tepung, ragi, FiberCreme, gula halus, air dan telur. Aduk hingga rata dan kalis.
  2.   Tambahkan butter, uleni hingga kalis. Tutup dengan kain lap basah, diamkan selama 20 menit hingga mengembang 2x lipat. Sisihkan.
  3.   Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, cabe rawit dan ham sapi. Bumbui dengan lada, kaldu ayam, dan garam. Masak hingga matang. Sisihkan.
  4.   Setelah mengembang, kempiskan adonan, bagi adonan masing-masing 25gr, beri isian daging, lalu bulatkan. Susun berbentuk pohon diatas Loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak.
  5.   Oles dengan kuning telur dan taburan oregano. Oven selama 35menit dengan suhu 180C. Sajikan.
