Soft Crust Nastar

5 Porsi

Bahan

  • 200 gram Mentega
  • 4 sdm FiberCreme
  • 2 butir kuning telur
  • 50 gram gula pasir
  • 340 gram tepung terigu
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena
  • 1/4 sdt vanilla extract

Selai Nanas

  • 1 buah nanas, parut halus
  • 125 gram gula pasir
  • 5 butir cengkeh
  • 1 sdt kayu manis bubuk
  • 1/4 sdt vanilla extract

Bahan Olesan Kue Nastar Keju :

  • 1 butir kuning telur
  • 1 sdm air

 

Cara Membuat

Selai Nanas :

  1. Masak nanas parut bersama gula pasir, vanilla, cengkih dan kayu manis dengan api kecil.
  2. Terus perhatikan dan masak sampai air menguap dan berubah menjadi selai

Nastar:

  1. Kocok gula dan mentega dengan mixer hingga tercampur rata.
  2. Masukkan kuning telur, vanilla extract dan FiberCreme, aduk sampai rata.
  3. Tambahkan campuran terigu dan maizena sedikit demi sedikit. Kocok dengan mixer hingga tercampur rata dan adonan terbentuk seperti pasir.
  4. Ambil sedikit adonan, bentuk bulat dan isi dengan selai nanas secukupnya.
  5. Siapkan loyang, olesi dengan margarin atau baking paper, letakkan adonan kue jadi ke atas loyang.
  6. Olesi dengan kocokan kuning telur.
  7. Panggang kue dengan suhu oven 175 derajat celcius. Tunggu sekitar 15 menit atau sampai kue matang.
  8. Angkat dan dinginkan.
