Bahan

  • 2 btr Telur Ayam
  • 2 lbr Keju Cheddar
  • 2 lbr Smoked Beef
  • 15 gr FiberCreme
  • 1 sdt Garam
  • ½ sdt Lada Hitam

Cara Membuat

  1.   Siapkan wadah, masukkan telur, FiberCreme, garam dan lada hitam. Kocok hingga tercampur rata.
  2.   Panaskan teflon, panaskan butter, letakkan cetakan omelette.
  3.   Tuang sedikit, biarkan setengah matang, gulung telur hingga ¾ bagian, lalu tuang lagi adonan telur, susun keju, biarkan hingga setengah matang, gulung lagi sampai ¾ bagian, lalu tuang lagi adonan, susun smoked beef di atasnya, biarkan matang lalu gulung. Angkat.
  4.   Iris telur, sajikan dengan mayonnaise dan saus sambal.
