Cara Membuat
- Siapkan blender, masukkan mangga, 1 sdm gula pasir, air, dan es batu. Haluskan mangga. Tuang dalam wadah plastic kedap udara. Bekukan selama 3 jam.
- Siapkan blender, masukkan mangga, gula pasir, FiberCreme, air dan es batu. Haluskan mangga.
- Tuang smoothies dalam dalam gelas, semprotkan whip cream kocok.
- Keluarkan sorbet, keruk dan masukkan diatas whip cream.
- Tabur peterseli, lada dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.
- Tambahkan potongan mangga. Sajikan.
