
Chicken Creamy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Mashed Potato Ingredients
- 25 grams FiberCreme
- 10 grams mashed potato flakes
- 125 ml water
- 0.5 grams garlic powder
- 1 gram onion powder
- 0.5 grams black pepper
- 1.5 grams chicken stock powder
- 2 grams salt
- 2 grams parmesan cheese
- 20 grams butter
- chopped parsley
Chicken Ingredients
- 10 grams FiberCreme
- 150 grams chicken breast
- 10 grams chopped garlic
- 0.5 grams Italian herbs
- 20 grams oil
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Sauce
- 25 grams FiberCreme
- 50 grams mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 50 grams onion, thinly sliced
- 10 grams garlic, finely chopped
- 180 ml water
- 20 grams butter
- 1/2 tbsp flour, dissolved in water
- 10 grams parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, to taste
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mashed potato: Into a pan, add all of mashed potato ingredients except butter and parsley. Cook until the texture becomes thicked and fully cooked.
- Once done, remove from the heat. Add butter and stir until evenly mixed. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Chicken : Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, Italian herbs, and FiberCreme. Rub the mixture all over the chicken and set aside.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, pan-fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- Sauce : Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Sautee onion and garlic until caramelized. Add mushroom, continue sauteing until fragrant and cooked.
- Add water, salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder. Cook until done, then add the flour mixture and FiberCreme. Stir until well combined.
- Arrange chicken and mashed potato on a serving plate. Serve it along with the sauce and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
