
Buko Pandan Recipe
Ingredients
Cream Base
- 50 grams FiberCreme
- 300 ml hot water
- 5 ml pandan paste
- 20 grams sugar
Toppings
- 100 grams jelly, diced
- 50 grams sago pearls
- 500 ml water
- 50 grams nata de coco
- 100 grams young coconut meat
- 40 grams cheese
Instructions
- Boil sago pearls in water with pandan paste until cooked.
- Dissolve FiberCreme in hot water, stir well, then add pandan paste and sugar.
- In a serving cup, layer all the toppings, then pour in the FiberCreme mixture. Serve.
