Ingredients
  

Cream Base

  • 50 grams FiberCreme
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 5 ml pandan paste
  • 20 grams sugar

Toppings

  • 100 grams jelly, diced
  • 50 grams sago pearls
  • 500 ml water
  • 50 grams nata de coco
  • 100 grams young coconut meat
  • 40 grams cheese

Instructions
 

  • Boil sago pearls in water with pandan paste until cooked.
  • Dissolve FiberCreme in hot water, stir well, then add pandan paste and sugar.
  • In a serving cup, layer all the toppings, then pour in the FiberCreme mixture. Serve.
