Ingredients
  

Mashed Potato Ingredients

  • 25 gr FiberCreme
  • 10 gr Potato Flakes
  • 125 ml Water
  • 0,5 gr Garlic Powder
  • 1 gr Onion Powder
  • 0,5 gr Ground Pepper
  • 1,5 gr Chicken Broth Powder
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 2 gr Parmesan Cheese
  • 20 gr Butter
  • Chopped parsley, to taste

Chicken Steak Ingredients

  • 10 gr FiberCreme
  • 150 gr Chicken Breast
  • 10 gr gr Minced Garlic
  • 0,5 gr Italian Herbs
  • 20 gr Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to Taste

Sauce Ingredients

  • 25 gr FiberCreme
  • 50 gr Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
  • 50 gr Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 10 gr Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 180 ml Water
  • 20 gr Butter
  • 0,5 tbsp Flour, Dissolved in a Bit of Water
  • 10 gr Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt, Pepper, and Chicken Broth Powder, to Taste 

Instructions
 

Mashed Potato

  • Boil water, add all ingredients except FiberCreme, butter, and parsley
  • Cook until thickened, then add FiberCreme and butter. Stir well and set aside

Sauce

  • Melt butter, sauté onions and garlic until golden brown
  • Add mushrooms, sauté until fragrant and cooked
  • Add water, season with salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Let it cook, then add flour mixture and FiberCreme. Stir well and set aside

Chicken Steak

  • Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, Italian herbs, and FiberCreme. Stir until well mixed and set aside. 
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pan-fry chicken until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. 
  • Plate the chicken with mashed potatoes. Serve with creamy mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley
