Churros : Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt together until fully dissolved and starting to boil.
Add FiberCreme while stirring continuously, then add flour and stir quickly until well combined. Turn off the heat and transfer the dough into a mixing bowl.
Pour in the beaten eggs and mix until well incorporated.
Place the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip
Pipe the dough into hot oil, cutting into 5–8 cm lengths. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Repeat until all dough is used or pan is full.
Dipping Sauce : Heat water until warm, add cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder, and FiberCreme. Stir until dissolved and starting to boil.
Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted and well mixed. Turn off the heat.
Serve churros with the chocolate dipping sauce.
