Broccoli Cream Soup Recipe

- 50 grams FiberCreme
- 20 grams potato starch
- 500 grams water
- 1 gram garlic powder
- 1.5 grams onion powder
- 0.5 gram ground pepper
- 3 grams mushroom bouillon
- 3.5 grams salt
- 2 grams parmesan cheese
- 50 grams chopped onion
- 20 grams minced garlic
- 20 grams butter
- Chopped parsley, as needed
- 250 grams broccoli florets, boiled
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Saute with melted butter until fragrant and cooked.
Add boiled broccoli, continue to saute briefly.
Pour in the water, then add ground pepper, mushroom bouillon, salt, potato starch, and parmesan cheese. Cook until it thickens and all ingredients are well dissolved.
Remove the soup from heat and let it cool.
Once cooled, blend the soup until smooth. Transfer back to a pan and stir in FiberCreme. Serve warm with croutons.
