Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

That’s why today, Minchef’s sharing a spaghetti carbonara recipe! This Spaghetti Carbonara is super simple, no milk, no cream, but still incredibly creamy and delicious!

- 35 grams @fibercreme
- 120 grams spaghetti, boiled until cooked
- 10 champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 slices smoked beef, diced
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 180 ml water
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon
- 2 tbsp cooking oil, for sauteing
Topping
- Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley
Saute mushrooms and smoked beef in a bit of oil until they change color.
Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
Stir in nutmeg, pepper, salt, sugar, and mushroom stock.
Add flour, stir briefly. Pour in water and FiberCreme, stir until smooth.
Add spaghetti, butter, parmesan cheese, and egg yolk. Stir until everything is well combined and fully cooked.
Serve with more parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top.
