Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

That’s why today, Minchef’s sharing a spaghetti carbonara recipe! This Spaghetti Carbonara is super simple, no milk, no cream, but still incredibly creamy and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 35 grams @fibercreme
  • 120 grams spaghetti, boiled until cooked
  • 10 champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices smoked beef, diced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 180 ml water
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil, for sauteing

Topping

  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Saute mushrooms and smoked beef in a bit of oil until they change color.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in nutmeg, pepper, salt, sugar, and mushroom stock.
  • Add flour, stir briefly. Pour in water and FiberCreme, stir until smooth.
  • Add spaghetti, butter, parmesan cheese, and egg yolk. Stir until everything is well combined and fully cooked.
  • Serve with more parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top.
