- ¼ sdt Garam
- 1 sdm Cocoa Powder
- ½ sdt Baking Powder
- ½ sdt Baking Soda
- 60 gr Butter
- 90 gr Gula Pasir
- 1 btr Telur
- 25 gr FiberCreme
- 100 ml Air Hangat
- ½ sdt Cuka
- ½ sdm Pasta Redvelvet
Bahan frosting
- 50 ml Whipping Cream Cair
Cara Membuat
- Siapkan wadah, campur tepung terigu, garam, cocoa powder, baking powder, dan baking soda. Aduk rata dan sisihkan.
- Siapkan wadah, kocok butter dan gula pasir hingga pucat. Tambahkan telur, FiberCreme, air, cuka dan pasta redvelvet. Kocok hingga rata.
- Siapkan cetakan cupcakes, susun oreo, tuang adonan diatasnya. Oven selama 20 menit dengan suhu 170C.
- Siapkan whip cream kocok. Semprotkan krim diatas cupcake.
- Tabur dengan coklat bubuk. Sajikan.
