No Bake Klappertaart

5 Porsi

Bahan

  • 500ml air
  • 7 sdm FiberCreme
  • 25 gr gula
  • 50 gr tepung maizena
  • 2 butir kuning telur, kocok
  • 1 buah daging kelapa muda (3 buah, jika ingin lebih berisi)
  • 50 gr kacang almond
  • 30 gram keju parut
  • 1/2 sdt vanilla extract
  • 1 sdt rum essence (optional)
  • 50 gram kismis
  • 6 buah strawberry untuk garnish
  • 50 gram margarine
  • Bubuk kayu manis secukupnya

Meringue

  • 4 putih telur
  • 150 gram gula

Cara Membuat

  1. Dengan api kecil, panaskan 400ml air, Fiber Creme dan gula
  2. Campurkan sisa air (100 ml) dengan kuning telur dan tepung maizena. Aduk rata.
  3. Setelah campuran air di panci mulai mendidih, kecilkan api, masukan campuran kuning telur secara bertahap, sambil terus diaduk secara konstan.
  4. Campurkan vanilla extract dan rum essence. Aduk rata hingga mengental. Matikan api, tambahkan dengan margarine dan parutan keju. Aduk rata.
  5. Masukkan 1/2 bagian kacang almond dan daging buah kelapa. Aduk rata dan dinginkan sejenak.
  6. Buat meringue dengan cara mengocok putih telur hingga mengembang. Lalu tambahkan gula sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk.
  7. Tuang adonan Klappertaart ke dalam pinggan anti panas. Ratakan adonan. Tutup adonan dengan meringue dan berikan topping bubuk kayu manis, kismis, almond.
  8. Dinginkan dalam lemari es.
  9. Klappertart siap untuk dinikmati.
