Jangan Keburu Berbuka Dengan yang Manis!

Makanan yang manis dikatakan bisa mengembalikan energi setelah seharian berpuasa. Padahal ketika puasa kadar gula darah kita cenderung turun, dan mengonsumsi yang terlalu manis ketika berbuka justru bisa menyebabkan lonjakan gula darah dan kalori.

Seperti anjuran Islam, berbuka lebih baik dimulai dengan kurma yang manisnya memang bisa memberikan energi, tapi tidak menimbulkan lonjakan gula darah. Jika tidak ada kurma, berbuka dengan air putih justru lebih baik daripada minuman manis seperti kolak, cendol atau bahkan teh manis.
