Gulai Kepala Ikan Tanpa Santan

Bahan
- 500 gram kepala ikan kakap merah / ikan salmon
- buah jeruk nipis
- 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
- 3 lembar daun salam
- 1 lembar daun kunyit
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- 3 buah asam kandis
- 2 batang serai, memarkan
- 450 ml air + 8 sdm FiberCreme
- 4 cm lengkuas, memarkan
- 4 cm jahe, memarkan
Bumbu Halus:
- 9 buah cabai merah keriting
- 10 butir bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
- 8 cm kunyit
- Garam dan merica secukupnya
- Air secukupnya
Cara Membuat
- Potong jeruk nipis, peras jeruk nipis dan balurkan pada kepala ikan
- Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum dan matang. Tuang minyak secukupnya, aduk hingga rata. Tambahkan jahe, lengkuas, simpul daun kunyit, dan serai yang sudah dimemarkan. Tambahkan daun salam, kandis dan daun jeruk.
- Masukkan kepala ikan kakap, aduk sampai kepala ikan berubah warna.
- Tuang campuran FiberCreme, kecilkan apinya dan tutup wajannya.
- Masak sampai ikan matang dan kuah mengental
