FiberCreme Highlights Healthy Korean Food at FiberCreme Academy

FiberCreme held another offline FiberCreme Academy. This time, audience were invited to explore South Korean delicacies while unveiling the “Secrets of Food Science to Build Healthy Food Business”.

Korean dishes were chosen as a theme due to the increasing popularity of Korean drama, culture, and cuisine throughout the world, including in Indonesia. The phenomenon led the F&B business owners into believing that Korean food would continue to be a promising business opportunity.

And as a high fiber product with a mission to help raise awareness of the importance of being healthy, FiberCreme through this activity wanted to introduce F&B business owners to the concept of food science and its role in creating premium Korean dishes with added values. In the end, the business owners were expected to compete with other products to expand their market.

Celebrity Chefs Were Tapped for FiberCreme Academy

For this FiberCreme Academy, FiberCreme had several famous faces in Indonesia as the main attraction. Those faces included Chef Angie, a former contestant of MasterChef Indonesia, a Food Scientist, and a Brand Ambassador of FiberCreme.

She gladly shared recipes for Rose Tteokpokki and Dak Galbi Bun. There was also Indonesian Culinary Icon William Wongso, who taught the participants how to make a Korean-Indonesia fusion food called Kimbap Nasi Padang.

Aside from learning new recipes and tips & tricks related to cooking, the audience were also encouraged to try recreating the recipe throughout the class. That way, they could see how easy those dishes are to make and taste them.

Interactive, Educational, and Full of Surprises

This season of FiberCreme Academy took place on Saturday, May 4th 2023 at Rossy Baking Center in Tangerang. In addition to cooking class and learning from Chef Angie as well as William Wongso, FiberCreme Academy also hosted a business talk session with a small business owner named Ratna. She was the owner of Rumah Jagung, a small-medium enterprise which FiberCreme considered successful in providing healthy food options.

Completing the event were a flash sale session for FiberCreme and RichCreme products, as well as fun challenges with interesting prizes.
