- Bahan Waffle:
- 220 gr Tepung Terigu
- 100 gr Gula Pasir
- 16 gr Baking Powder
- 1 sdt Garam
- 2 btr Telur
- 35 gr FiberCreme
- 165 ml Air Hangat
- 30 ml Minyak
Bahan Saus
- 100 gr Keju Cheddar Leleh
- 100 gr Keju Mozarella
- 3 lbr Keju Slice
- 1 sdm Tepung Terigu
- 1 sdm Butter
- 1 sdm FiberCreme
- 200 ml Air Hangat
Cara Membuat
- Siapkan wadah, kocok telur dan gula hingga putih mengembang.
- Sambil diaduk, tambahkan minyak, tepung, baking powder, garam, FiberCreme dan air. Diamkan 15 menit.
- Panaskan cetakan waffle, oles dengan butter, tuang adonan, masak hingga matang. Sisihkan.
- Buat saus: panaskan teflon, panaskan butter, tambahkan tepung terigu dan FiberCreme. Tuang air perlahan sambil diaduk rata agar tidak menggumpal. Masukkan semua keju, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Sisihkan.
- Sajikan waffle dengan ayam krispi dan saus keju
