Broccoli with Creamy Cheese

2 Porsi

Bahan

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 golden potato
  • 1 batang brokoli

Saus Keju:

  • 1 sdm mentega
  • 125 ml air
  • 4 sdm FiberCreme
  • 1 sachet bubuk keju
  • 100 gr keju parut quick melt
  • garam merica secukupnya
  • campuran air + maizena jika ingin kental

 

Cara Membuat

Kentang Panggang:

  1. Panggang kentang dengan diolesi minyak dan beri lada dan garam.
  2. Lalu panggang 30 menit atau sampai fork tender.

Saus Keju:

  1. Tuang air, bubuk keju dan FiberCreme, panaskan hingga mendidih sambil diaduk hingga tercampur rata, kecilkan api.
  2. Beri keju aduk terus sampai keju larut.
  3. Beri garam dan merica sesuai selera.
  4. Beri campuran maizena jika ingin kental lalu terakhir masukan mentega dan aduk rata.

Broccoli:

  1. Didihkan air dan masukkan garam. Rebus brokoli selama 1 menit.
  2. Tata brokoli di atas kentang dan lumuri dengan saus keju.
