Breakfast Scrambled Eggs
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon warm water + 1 tablespoon FiberCreme
- 50 g of mushrooms
- 1 piece of your favorite bread, toast until browned
- salt and pepper
- Saute mushrooms with a little oil, give salt and set aside.
- Dissolve FiberCreme into water. Add egg and whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan, add egg mixture and scramble it quickly until creamy with small heat.
- Serve scrambled egg with mushroom and toast.
